Shandong  Pharmaceutical Glass Co., Ltd was founded in 1970 and we have been manufacturing various pharmaceutical glass products to serve the pharmaceutical industry for more than 50 years. We’ve established close ties with the pharmaceutical industry and accumulated rich experience so that we’ve become China's largest professional pharmaceutical glass manufacturer with top production scale in Asia.

Our products range covers moulded injection glass vial, tubular vial for injection, ampoule, glass tubing, infusion bottle, amber glass bottle, etc. which is used for the storage and use of powder injection, vaccines, transfusion, lyophilized powder, biological agent, tablets and other pharmaceutical preparations. We also have all kinds of materials, types and specifications for selection. In addition, we continuously increase investment, adopt the latest technology, raise the automation degree of manufacturing equipment, improve production process and quality control means to develop new products. Our strong technical development ability can meet different customer requirements constantly.  

In 2003,we invested 3 pharmaceutical packaging projects : butyl rubber stoppers, al-plastic multi-caps and HDPE bottles. Our butyl rubber stopper workshop was built completely in accordance with the requirements of GMP and has annual output of more than 3 billion pieces. The cleanliness class of curing process is 300,000, sifting is 100,000, washing cleaning room is 10,000 and Italian advanced equipments such as vulcanizing machine and cleaning machine are all adopted in key processes. We annually produce 0.3 billion pieces of al-plastic multi-cap and 50 million pieces of HDPE bottle completely in 100, 000 class clean workshop.  

With more than 30 years’ pharmaceutical glass manufacturing experience and tremendous strength, we’ve established perfect quality assurance system to control every link in the production chain strictly. As early as 1998, we took the lead in China by being the first in the same industry to pass the ISO9001  quality system certification as well as product quality certification. We have achieved good cooperation with pharmaceutical industry and won the recognition and praise from the medicine professions through continuously improving our quality assurance system and product quality.
